From this conversation, I'll prepare something specifically for you. This might be a tincture or two, a tea blend, or sometimes just one plant that feels right for where you are. We'll talk about flower essences, shifts in how you eat or sleep, small rituals that anchor your days—whatever seems most useful.
The goal isn't to fix you but to support the work you're already doing. Plants have their own intelligence about healing, and they tend to meet us exactly where we are, not where we think we should be.
