Through conversation and careful listening, I’ll select a combination of flower, gem, animal, and environmental essences that best support your journey. Herbal Intake
In our 1.5 hours together, we'll talk about where you've been and where you want to go. I'll ask about the big moments that shaped you, what's happening in your body right now, and what you're hoping might change. There will be more questions—enough to get a real sense of how you move through the world and how plants might support that.
Creative Mentorship and Consulting
With my long-term multi-hyphenate creative experience we are uniquely qualified to help with creative visioning, consulting, or on-going mentorship. Our skills include direct hands-on experience with community organizing, small business, and education, and cultural institutions. I pull deeply from a lineage of liberation work, popular education, mindfulness, and creativity.
